From an order value of € 80.00 we deliver free of shipping costs. Below that, we charge a flat rate of € 7.95 for the shipping of our products. We ship climate-neutrally via DHL Paket. If only sachets are ordered, they will be shipped free of charge by letter.
We deliver to our customers from Switzerland via MeinEinkauf.ch. This practical purchasing service takes care of customs clearance and delivery to your home. Since you indicate the German delivery address of MeinEinkauf at the time of delivery, the same favourable shipping conditions apply to your order as to our German customers (there are additional charges on the part of MeinEinkauf). Non-acceptance of ordered goods
Please note that we will charge a shipping and handling fee of € 6.00 for a new shipment of ordered goods due to an intentional / negligent non-acceptance. This also applies to shipments that were originally delivered free of shipping costs for you.
Delivery times for Germany
For all available articles, unless otherwise stated on the product detail page, a delivery time within Germany of 2-3 working days (excluding Saturday) applies. Delivery times to the EU are usually 5-7 working days. Unfortunately, delivery via express is not possible, even for an additional charge. However, we make every effort to deliver all orders to DHL at the latest on the working day after receipt of payment.
We currently offer you payment via PayPal (for this you need a PayPal account), advance payment by bank transfer (here you will receive our bank details in your order confirmation), purchase on account via KLARNA and payment via credit card. Please note that depending on the country of delivery and the order value, the choice of payment methods available in the checkout may vary.
