This particularly mild, non-foaming facial cleanser cleans gently but thoroughly and is also suitable for sensitive skin. The soft gel cream with cactus extract and immortelle nourishes and soothes the skin already during cleansing and provides it with moisture. Make-up, impurities and excess skin oil are thoroughly removed - without any feeling of tension.
Depending on the desired cleaning intensity, the CALM CLEANSER is simply removed with water or with the moistened HYDRO FLEECE. The HYDRO FLEECE intensifies the cleaning effect and even make-up is removed completely. The HYDRO FLEECE is available separately in our store. Ingeniously combined - just as you need it.

CALM CLEANSER:
Dispense the desired amount of CALM CLEANSER by pressing down the pump head more or less. Apply the gel cream on the slightly moistened face and massage gently. Then either rinse with water or remove with the moistened HYDRO FLEECE (recommended for removing make-up). The HYDRO FLEECE is available separately in our store.
HYDRO FLEECE:
RinseHYDRO FLEECE with warm water and wring out well. Then remove the previously applied CALM CLEANSER with the damp fleece using gentle outward stroking movements. If necessary, rinse again in between. The HYDRO FLEECE measures 23 x 23cm.
Is the CALM CLEANSER also suitable for removing make-up?
The CALM CLEANSER is also suitable for removing make-up. If necessary, add the HYDRO FLEECE.
Should I cleanse my skin in the morning or in the evening?
Cleanse your face skin in the morning and/ or evening - depending on your skin type. Dry or normal skin can usually manage with one cleansing with CALM CLEANSER in the evening, while oily or combination skin should be cleansed twice a day.
Can I use the CALM CLEANSER to cleanse the eye area?
Since the CALM CLEANSER is free of surfactants, it can also be used very well for cleansing the eye area.
How does the CALM CLEANSER cleanse ?
The CALM CLEANSER contains substances that act like emulsifiers and bind dirt and excess skin oil, which can then be washed off.
Can I combine the cleaning with the CALM CLEANSER with a microfiber cloth or will this disrupt my skin barrier?
We recommend a cleansing cloth if you want to remove make-up. In addition, you should use a soft microfiber cloth only carefully and avoid strong rubbing and scraping with the cloth, so as not to unnecessarily degrease or injure the skin.
Is the CALM CLEANSER also suitable for acne?
The CALM CLEANSER can also be used for acne. Acne skin is very sensitive and should always be cleaned mildly - in the morning and in the evening. You may find our also mild PORIFY CLEANSER more suitable if you prefer light foam. Always use lukewarm water, change your towel and pillow regularly.
Do I apply the CALM CLEANSER to a dry or moistened face?
You can apply the CALM CLEANSER on a dry face as well as on a moistened face. Please remove with lukewarm water.

This cactus extract, obtained with the help of enzymes, has impressive care properties: it soothes the skin and sustainably increases its moisture content by up to 20% ─ even after the CALM CLEANSER has been washed off again.
The additionally contained flavonoids and polysaccharides effectively protect the skin from external stress factors, among other things because they block stress markers in the nerve cells of the skin. The skin is soothed acutely and sustainably, redness and itching are reduced.
The infinity plant - as the immortelle is also called - has very special properties: Its active ingredients prevent inflammatory reactions and can even reduce existing inflammation. The extract used promotes an increased release of beta-endorphins. These endogenous "tranquilizers" reduce the release of the stress hormone cortisol and thus counteract redness and itching.
In CALM CLEANSER is used an extract obtained by vacuum hydrodistillation at low temperatures. This technique allows to extract and preserve the delicate aromatics of the plant.
