Did you know: We offer test sizes for almost all products, either in the form of inexpensive sachets or as high-quality deluxe samples. So you can test your skin feeling and tolerance before you decide on a full size.

Wrongly bought or simply not satisfied? Then our satisfaction guarantee takes effect:

We offer a voluntary, extended satisfaction guarantee for unopened and open products to all customers who buy our products via www.highdroxy.de In order to make use of these, please note the following conditions:

    • The Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the order date for all full-size products that you purchase from us for the first time. After that, it goes out. Renewed purchases of the same product, also in other package sizes, are excluded from this guarantee. Here we can assume that you get along well with the product.
    • Test sizes (sachets & deluxe samples) are excluded from the satisfaction guarantee for reasons of economy. Of course, unopened test quantities can still be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found below.
    • Please send a short email to support@highdroxy.de and give us your order number before you send the goods back to us. If you have paid by bank transfer/payment in advance, please also include your bank details in this mail.
    • Of course you are not obliged to give reasons for your return. Nevertheless, we would be pleased if you could briefly tell us why you are returning the respective product. That's the only way we can get better!
    • Then send us the product as a parcel with a parcel sender of your choice to the following address: HIGHDERM GmbH, Max-Ernst-Str. 13, 50354 Hürth, Germany. You bear the costs for the return. We cannot accept carriage forward shipments. Please do not send us any returns as a letter! Keep the proof of posting for the parcel in a safe place, it will serve as proof.
    • Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding postage). We will use the payment method you used to pay for your order.
    • Please note: Empty or excessively (i.e. not in accordance with the purpose of the test) used products will not be refunded by us. If you are unsure whether the latter applies to your products, please contact us in advance.
    • Please also return any free items (except sachets) received with the purchase of the product to be exchanged in full. If this does not happen, we will offset the value of the free articles against the credit note.
