Your personal customer account

You can create your customer account with just a few clicks on the way from the shopping basket to the checkout. It offers you many advantages, because in your customer account you can:

• View your last orders at any time
• Save your billing and delivery address for future orders and change it at any time
• Change your password
• Get your current Loyalty Discount

Your order overview

Under "Orders" you will find the overview of your last orders. Here you can track the status of your current order and view the details of all orders already placed.

your addresses

Under "Addresses" you can change both your billing address and your delivery address at any time. You can also easily edit both directly during each order process.

Please note that after completing an order, the addresses for that order cannot be changed in your account. If you would like to change your billing or shipping address after completing an order, please contact our customer service.

Your Password

You can change your password under "Account details". If you have forgotten your password, please click here and then simply enter your user name or e-mail address. We will then send you an email with the required information so that you can easily choose your new password.

Your loyalty discount

With your user account, you automatically qualify for the loyalty discount from your 3rd order (within 12 months). You can view your current discount level at any time under the menu item "Loyalty discount".
