How do you ensure the authenticity of your ratings?
Each consumer review is checked for authenticity before it is published, ensuring that reviews only come from consumers who have actually purchased the reviewed products.
The verification is done by manual verification in the form of matching the rating with the order history to make a previous product purchase a necessary condition for publication.
All published reviews are included in the average star rating (maximum 5). We reserve the right to curate the display of selected reviews for reasons of clarity and loading time.
How can I submit a product review?
You can only leave reviews for products that you have purchased from our store. If you have given us permission during the order process (in the "Checkout" step), we will contact you by email some time after receiving your shipment and ask you to leave a review.
