How do I create a customer account?

The easiest way to create your customer account is during the checkout process, this is automatically offered to you when you go from the shopping cart to the checkout.

Independently of the purchase you create a customer account via the icon with the little man on the top right or the menu item "Login".

In the future you can log in with your email address or your username and password.

What functions does the customer account offer?

A customer account offers you many advantages, because in your customer account you can:

  • View your recent orders at any time
  • Save your billing and shipping address for future orders and change it at any time
  • Change your password
  • View and redeem your shopping credit (more on this below)

Order overview
Under "Orders" you will find the overview of your last orders. Here you can track the processing status of your current order and view the details of all orders already placed.

Under "Addresses" you can change both your billing and shipping address at any time. By the way, you can also edit both directly during each order process.

Please note that once an order has been completed, address changes will no longer affect that order. If you would like to change the billing or shipping address of an order, please contact our customer service.

What is my credit account?

Refunds under the satisfaction guarantee are made in the form of shopping credits. If you have a customer account, it will be displayed under the menu item "My credits". To redeem it, simply click on the button or copy the credit code displayed there and paste it into the voucher field in the shopping cart. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help.

I would like to delete my customer account. What do I have to do?

I can not log in?

If your account login does not work, you may have entered an incorrect email address or password. Maybe you made a typo? As a first step, try to reset your password by clicking on "Forgot password" in the login window. If this is not successful, please contact our support.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time by logging into your account and entering a new password under Account Details.

I have forgotten my password. What do I have to do?

This is not a problem. You can create a new password yourself at any time by clicking on "Forgot password" in the login window. Please enter your e-mail address in the field provided. You will then receive a link by e-mail which you can use to create a new password.

How does the loyalty bonus work?

Our online store automatically rewards your loyalty if you order from us as a logged-in customer:

  • If your last order was placed no longer than 90 days ago, you will receive a 5% instant rebate in your shopping cart,
  • If it is a maximum of 60 days ago, it is even 10%!

Vouchers can still be redeemed normally - your loyalty bonus always applies additionally! Even the amount of your orders does not matter. 

Important to know:

  • Please make sure that you are logged in as a customer. You can do this on the way to the checkout - or at any time at the top of the menu bar. Guest orders cannot be assigned to your customer account.
  • The completed orders of the past 60 or 90 days (no calendar months) are always counted. You can view a chronological overview of your previous orders in your customer account at any time. There you can also see the amount of your current loyalty discount.
  • Canceled orders cannot be counted, since no purchase was made here.
