We regularly offer you time-limited special offers or discounts (hereinafter "promotions") to make shopping with us even more attractive. In order to maintain our accommodating return conditions parallel to these promotions, the following conditions apply to all promotions, unless otherwise described:
Free articles
As part of our promotions, we sometimes offer you free items. These are tied to conditions such as the purchase of certain products, a number of products, a minimum order value or similar. We always calculate the available quantities generously based on the previous response, but can not guarantee availability.
If the condition for receiving the free item is no longer given (e.g. due to a return), the free item must also be returned unused. This means:

Our reductions within the scope of newsletter offers are usually provided with a start and end date. If no end date is specified, the following applies: As long as the goods selected for the discount action are sufficient or as long as stocks last. This will be pointed out in the context of the respective promotion.

I have received several order confirmations but placed only one order. What does this mean?
An order confirmation will be sent automatically by our store system as soon as you click on the "Buy now" button.
However, only one successfully paid order will be processed by us. If you are unsure which or how many orders have been paid by you, please contact our support via email to support@highdroxy.de.
I have entered an incorrect address - what do I have to do?
Please contact our support immediately - if your order has not yet been handed over to DHL, a correction of the shipping address is still possible.
If the order has already been shipped and cannot be delivered, we will wait for the return shipment to us and then resend your package to you.
I do not want to create a customer account. Can I also order as a guest?
You can also order from us as a guest, this option is offered to you on the way from the shopping cart to the checkout. However, a customer account offers you several advantages, which we explain here. By the way: By creating a customer account, you will not receive any advertising e-mails.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel or revoke your order by contacting our support. If your order has already been processed and handed over to our shipping service provider DHL or if you have already received it, a return is possible within the scope of our return modalities.
Changing your order (e.g. adding or removing products or vouchers) is usually not possible. In case of doubt, please contact our support.
